Wayne McCrae has been Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of several successful public mining companies. In 1990 Wayne’s company, Diversified Mineral Resources explored, drilled and discovered a large zinc lead mine in North West Queensland now named Century Zinc; which is now the largest zinc mine on the globe.
In addition the company which was controlled by Wayne owned 100% of Burton Downs Coal Mine in the Bowen Basin which is one of the most profitable coal mines in Australia.
Wayne was also involved in Mining and Exploration in Tanzania and based in Dar Es Salaam from 1992 to 1997
Wayne has been exploring and mining for gold and copper in the Cloncurry Mineral District since 1979 and has maintained a regional office in Cloncurry since 1982.
Wayne McCrae has been involved in the mining industry for most of his adult life. Wayne’s experience is bringing grass roots operations to production; he has been involved with exploration for and / or production of gold, copper, silver, lead, zinc, coal and diamonds.
There are very few people in the mining industry with such diverse skills as Wayne McCrae.
Peter Hutchison MRACI, Ch Chem is a process chemist with over 35 years industry experience involving the chemical, mineral processing and water treatment businesses.
He assisted in the development of the Mt Norma project and is responsible for the process upgrade and managing the process operation. He is also involved with the review activities for the exploration assay programme for Rocklands and is responsible for the construction, installation and operations planning for the new exploration laboratory to be sited at the Rocklands project.

Mr. Keran is a chemical engineer with more than 30 years experience in the resource sector in Australia and Internationally in senior operations management and project development roles in base metals mineral processing, smelting and technology development.
He was previously with MIM Holdings as General Manager – Group Metallurgical Development and Metallurgical Works Manager at Mount Isa. He also completed technical assessment and development of the US $ 1 billion Alumbrera copper/gold project in Argentina. His past experience also includes synthetic rutile production and operation of a demonstration plant for production of directly reduced iron in the USA.

Gerry Lambert is an independent, non executive Director. Mr Lambert is an experienced Company Director with both listed and unlisted entities and an experienced Senior Corporate Executive with expertise/experience in financial, strategic, systems/compliance, management and human resources areas in the mining and exploration(gold), property development and building and construction industries.
Mr Lambert was an executive Director of Villa World Limited, a listed property development company, from 2000 to 2005; he was also the CFO and General Manager of Villa World during this period. Previously Mr Lambert was a Director and CFO of City Resources Limited, a large gold mining exploration company, for a number of years.
Mr Lambert runs his own business mentoring consultancy, Lambert Corporate Consulting Pty Ltd.
Mr Lambert is a Chartered Accountant and has previously spent several years as a University Lecturer.
Mr Lambert is a non executive director of Boystown, a long established,national charitable organization whose mission is "to enable young people, especially those who are marginalized and without voice, to improve their quality of life".

Mr. Taylor was appointed to the Board in July 2009. Mr Taylor is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. He has over four years experience in Civil Litigation having been involved in a diverse range of claims. He holds Bachelor Degrees in Law and Arts from Bond University as well as having studied at the University of British Columbia in Canada. He also holds a specialisation in Legal Practice. In addition, he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mr Taylor is the head of the Remuneration Committee and also acts as Legal Counsel for CuDeco.
Mr Zhijun Ma is a graduate from Engineering Management Tianjin University with a bachelor degree. Mr Ma is a specialised professional economist and during his career has been involved in a number of major investment projects covering a wide range of areas including finance, energy and real estate.
Mr Ma is a director and general manager of Oceanwide and is responsible for this company's investments for overseas projects especially within the energy and resource sectors.
He is also currently the Chairman on Minsheng Investment Management Holdings Co Limited, and Director of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank and Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd.
Bruno Bamonte is a Chartered Accountant and has consulted to a number of public listed companies on a range of areas including preparation of prospectuses, assistance to gain listing on Stock Exchanges in Australia and the United Kingdom, corporate governance, and other company secretarial areas.
Mr. Bamonte has since 1999 worked in the Environmental remediation area and in 2000 together with Brian Sheeran co-founded Virotec International Limited ("Virotec"). They were able to transform a struggling mining company into a successful environmental remediation group listed initially on the Australian Stock Exchange and then ultimately on the Alternate Investment Market on the London Stock Exchange.
In December 2004 Virotec floated Hydrodec Group plc ("HYR") to commercialise the Hydrodec Technology, an oil refining technology that is able to treat transformer oils, destroy any contaminants and regenerate used oil to an as new condition. Virotec was taken over in 2008 by HYR at which time its Technologies were commercially used and provided solutions throughout Australia, USA, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Asia. At the time of the takeover Mr. Bamonte together with other members of Virotec's management completed a management buyout of some of the assets of Virotec and currently retains an interest in Virotec.
Prior to 1999, Mr. Bamonte was company secretary to a number of Companies listed on ASX including Berela Limited, Macmin NL and Bestway Limited.
